Called Ker Waay Yalla (House of Help), the center will have classroom instruction rooms and sleep accommodations.

Ground level includes a main bedroom, kitchen, library, and main classroom. Second floor: three bedrooms and exhibit space.

Terrace: for use as classroom and lecture space.

Grounds include a parking space.
